Boreham Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 any tried and tested ways of preventing the metal pipe from clogging with hardened glue..? I've opened so many of these but the usual is the same ....clogged tube after the inital use I've made sure to wipe the excess off and push the cover on tightly. suggestions or Remedies please
sjordan2 Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Not sure about this kind of glue dispenser, but I never had a problem with tube glue when I inserted a straight pin in the opening.
Chuck Most Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Same here- a straight pin will usually clear out any 'globs' of dried glue.
scalenut Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 (edited) I found one of my guitar strings fit perfect , just bent the end to act as a handle, and the cap still snaps over it. I just leave it in between use Edited October 19, 2011 by scalenut
