Here is one the kits I picked up at the swap meet I went to a few weeks ago, I will say that this was a very basic kit, and it was looking pretty good intell I put a coat of future and it crack all over , if look at the hood you can see it.

Paint is krylon sun yellow over dupicolor primers

So I am not sure if I want to take it a part and strip the body and start over or just leave it.

Looks good! You can strip the future off with windex. Future is just not a good clear coat for models. I've never had any luck with it. The one time I did get it to look decent,it cracked. <_<

That's not the experience most of us have had with Future. It may depend on how you're trying to apply it, or if you're applying it over paint that is not fully gassed-out.

Jonathan, you can strip the Future off with amonia, if you want ...
