Thanks for the compliments. I'm blushin' over here. The clear is PPG concept 2042. No polishing. The trick is to spray it at 40psi, just like a 1-1 car(don't ever let anybody tell you to spray clear at lower pressure, that's how you get that fat lady's ass cellulite. 35-40 psi is perfect for high solids clearcoat. Runs are a gun adjustment issue, orange-peel is a pressure issue).

Thanks for the compliments. I just got back into building because I've got a 5 year old son. I don't have a problem with video games, but I want him to have some real skills, not just strong fingers-I just don't see much use in being a thumb-war champ! Anyways, it's something we do together, and he likes it because there's only so much he can help on with the 1:1 cars at the shop-but I gotta admit I got sucked back into the fun of this!
