Dave Darby
The most recent builds of that kit I did were in 1994, when I built the two box art models for AMT. This is one of the boxes they came in... And the leftover goodies.... More box art... http://public.fotki.com/dwdarby/model_cars/my_box_art/?show=all

Sixties Sam
Here's a shot of my diner diorama with a 65 Galaxie convertible in the parking lot. The model is exactly as I built it in 1965. I have a Galaxie from every year from 1959 through 1969 that I built back in those years.

RodneyBad
I've never seen a Chopped Galaxie b-4 and probely will never see another. Great build Steve Looks like a Cool Sleeper FordRodnKustom.. Looks like a Cop car to me. Cool build. I love the 65 and have one in the work shop getting redone. I molded the 66 teardrop hood on to the 65.

Dave Darby
There are some sweet Galaxies here! I especially love that 427, Ron. Having built the box art cats (their way), I think when I ever get around to building mine, I will drill out the headlights so the lenses can fit flush. Great work, guys! Ron Hamilton
Here is mine, converted from the AMT Hardtop, using a Modelhaus Boot. I made an operating reclining passenger seat, swing away steering wheel w/column shift and floor shift blockoff plate, and yes it has a 390 V8 and C-6 from the AMT '66 Fairlane Kit. I added the trunk trim to the deck lid. My Grandmother's '65 Galaxie had it. This is one of my favorite builds. I also have a '66 Galaxie 500 7Liter Convertible, and a '66 Mercury S55 Convertible to go with it.
