Jantrix Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Nice looking replica of the car in the photo Ron.
Scale-Master Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Interesting horizon angle. Wonder how the water doesn't rush out...?
customsrus Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 I vote model for the fist picture, and real on the second. LOL
patami Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 First pic is the model second real car. The table or what ever the car is standing on top on gave it avay and the lake.
1zebra3 Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 You need to restain the picnic table the model is sitting on.Nice photo of the real car.
warra48 Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 (edited) Yup, Model 1st photo Real 2nd photo Edited January 12, 2012 by warra48
kruleworld Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 The most glaring issue with the model (first pic) is the wheel trim. either a problem with the bare metal foil or the edge of the wheel arch, but it looks heavy and out of scale and the folds on the inside make it look 'lumpy'. the script on the front fender is hard to do at scale. also the angle, while photo is well composed, it just doesn't sit right with the viewer (pointed out by Scale Master). the base also needed to be hidden, eg cover it with black sandpaper to look like asphalt (pointed out by 1zebra3)
Ramfins59 Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 I vote model for the fist picture, and real on the second. LOL I agree.
