Mr. Moparman Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I just used mine and it stripped some chrome parts in five minutes!
Dr. Cranky Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Brandon, that's what I am talking about, this kind of time goes a long ways. But wait, what did you use to help strip the chrome off? Liquid wise?
martinfan5 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I have been using bleach now to strip off chrome, it seems to be working better and faster then the purple stuff, it could also be that I need to change it out and the weather as got colder . But either way I am going to use bleach from now on I think for chrome
Foxer Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I use Purple Power to strip chrome and it usually goes in 5 minutes also. I'm not sure you need to use the ultrasonic cleaner. You might try it without and save the electricity.
wraith Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I have used both bleach and Purple Power to strip chrome and both seem to work in about 5 min just letting the part soak. bleach seems to work a lil better.
