The roof on both the GTO and the Chevelle isn't a uniform line when viewed from the side; they both have a dip in them. The Cutlass's roof is a uniform curve from the roof all the way down to the tail lights. I think, at the time, each GM division had its own fastback roof and they were all slightly different from each other.

Hi everyone I'm new to posting on this site.I was wondering if anyone knows if someone is doing a 70-72 Cutlass Supreme hardtop body for the excellent Revell kit?

At my NNL show Revell was there and they said that next year planning on coming out with a hardtop 70 Cutlass

Did they mention which hardtop?

Most people are doing the conversion themselves for now, using the roof from an AMT '70 Monte Carlo and the Revell '72 Cutlass

This is precisely what I have in progress now, not a difficult conversion. That roof just needs a little tweaking. The Revell '72 Hurst/Olds and Cutlass kits are EXCELLENT starting points for just such a conversion.
