The roof shap is the most important thing, of course. I planned to do it similar to a 49 Merc ... cut the window out, cut across and lengthwise to be filled later. The back cuts are what really need planning. Sorry I can't help more, but I have seen a couple done nicely. Let us know if you come across anything worthwhile. May be a good reference showing how it's done in metal. another 1:1 showing the chop welds a model and no in process photos but he tells how he chopped this one in text.
