RB Motion?

I was just wondering if anybody knew if anything was going on with RB Motion? I placed an order with him for the first time around the end of Dec. and didn't get any email back confirming the order, shipping or anything. I sent two emails and din't get anything back. I hope my money didn't go down the drain. Anybody have any information? Thanks

Don't worry it just the holiday season. He has the best parts around and they are worth any delay.

I made an order on dec.26th, as well as sent an e-mail query about some other parts. While I haven't recieved an answer to my e-mail (and I expected delays with both due to the hollidays) I recieved my order on dec. 3rd.

That's SERVICE! You got your order 3 weeks before you placed it!

Rob is a great guy, he won't burn you. I do know he gets very busy with orders being a one man operation. Try sending him a message through Ebay. Your emails might be going to his spam folder. His seller name on Ebay is RBMOTION as well.

Great stuff!!! I saw him at Toledo just as he started to sell stuff. He had bags of 'mistakes' cheap and I loaded up on them. VERY small flaws some I can't find.

Most aftermarket businesses promise delivery in 4 to 6 weeks.Anything less then that is EXEMPLARY service... I take issue with these people who get upset because they don't get their order within a week or so, especially at this time of the year with the holiday rush at the post office. ANYTHING going through the mail nowadays takes longer, that's just a fact of life we have to live with....Considering the tremendous volume of mail that's moved daily, i think they do a fair job, too.....off my soap box, Steven Zimmerman

Thanks for your replies guys. I got an email this morning from him saying the items were shipped. I wasn't concerned about when they arrived. I was concerned he got my money and order. Most other companies I've bought from send a confirmation of order or something letting you know the item was shipped yada yada... I was just a little concerned when I made my order with payment and hadn't heard anything at all. I knew there would be a handful of you here familiar with RB Motion.
