Recommended Posts

Hey Guys, I'm back, just want to say really nice build Darryl, paint job looks great!. And just in case anyone wants to go ahead & build a '64 Dodge like the Yellow Dodge Fever, Perry's Resins has a Pro-Mod body based off of that car, I know, I have one & it looks just like it, when I ordered mine (a few years back), it came with just the body, hood, scoop & a seperate rear bumper, now it also comes with the dashboard.

Darryl, out of curiosity what is the length of your wheelie bar center to center? It looks really long, and I am amazed at how you have it detailed out it looks great! This color scheme and layout is perfect.... very cool looking.

I don't know Bart...they maybe a little long but with the rear overhang of the quarter panels and the rear wing in place thay are not as long looking. I still achieved the look I wanted though. I don't know the max length the rule book will allow on a real car but its probably over 100 inches. Thanks for looking!

insane detail! love this build, i was just curious with one thing as to why the A-pillars aren't attached at the bottem

?

When you open the doors you are going to loose some material. They are not attached on real cars because of the lift off front ends. The wind shields meet at the bottom of the pillars. Thanks for looking in!
