Jeep XJ Cherokee, Lamborghini LM002, Ford F150 Raptor, Jeep Grand Wagoneer

All good choices! I'd love to build any of these. I have the Tamiya Grand Cherokee that I really need to get around to someday. The Lamborghini was one I've always wanted to build, but the Otaki kit is hard to find.

I found this one in resin but it's all the way from Ukraine and I couldn't imagine what kit one would use to complete it.

There's a Wagoneer kit?

i mixed it up with the honcho kit, but if you ask dimitry he'd probably be happy to do his body in 1/25. He did a some custom wheels for me a couple of years ago and it was just as quick as ordering from stock

Life-Size Sand Scorcher Is a Toy for Big Kids | WIRED

I had one of these Sand Scorchers when I was doing RC. Great looking but heavy as heck! I had a Kyosho Scorpion Beetle that was miles above it, performance-wise.

One of those sand rail dune buggys like they used to build would be pretty cool. Ive seen on in 1/25 resin on ebay but havent since. Don't know whers you would source the other parts for the model. But the frame looked pretty cool.

I agree. Think Revell or was it Round 2 that reissued a Hemi powered sand rail recently. Either way it wouldn't take mush to replace the Hemi with a VW or Corvair engine.

I can remember one in an old Off-Road article that had Olds Tornado power.

Check Round 2's web site. Under AMT models go to page 10 and there is a picture of the Sandkat sand rail. This is the one I'm thinking of. May want to change it to a VW or Corvair engine, or not. The basic chassis and suspension are all done, just tweak it to want you're wanting.
