ffreak Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 This is the newest of my projects. A Scale Productions transkit with a Fujimi kit. This is an awesome transkit with lots of goodies. I am in the process of blending in the resin fender flares and side skirts at the moment. These cars are awesome to see in person. I saw them at Road Atlanta in '04 and they would light up the night with a big 'ole flame on the downshifts at the backstretch !! And the sound... wow !!! This one is gonna be a lot of fun and i'll keep updating my progress. More pics at my Fotki
martinfan5 Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I just got this kit a few weeks ago, looking to forward to starting it myself. PM sent
Guest Sickfish Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Cool project! Great to see some variety on the forum. Doe's this kit come with engine detail or is it semi-curbside? I have the Aventador kit & it's superb other than the lack of proper engine detail... It's got a molded-in engine/bay :-( Cheers Cliffo
ffreak Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 Thanks Cliff. It's basically just molded in detail, with an intake to install on the topside and just a lower pan/block/diff. assy. molded together. Enough there to look convincing anyway. I'm wanting to get the Aventador kit myself, along with the Scale Productions Gallardo GT transkit coming out next month !! Already built my street Gallardo, so will have to talk my son outa one of his 3 !!! lol...
martinfan5 Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I am on my to getting the Aventador kit too, I think all the Murceilago kits are all curbside , I need to get a Gallardo to
