rickd13
Does anyone have any suggestions on a brand of spray paint in a rattle can that would replicate an aluminum finish?

martinfan5
Or if you dont have a airbrush, try krylon matte aluminum This was also just asked in a thread a week ago, there are a lot good answers with pics of the paint on parts http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=54442 Edited February 26, 2012 by martinfan5
High octane
I use Rustoleum's Silver Aluminum only because I got it for free. When I have chrome plated parts that I want to look like aluminum, I give them a coat or two of Testors Dull-Cote and it looks good.

vintagestang
Don't use Rust-Oleum they have alot of solids in their paint. I have had to throw away full cnas of paint because of this. I use Krylon with zero problems. My last can of testors did not spray right AT ALL and the paint was really rough and textures. Just my 2 cents.
