This is the first model car i have ever done. My grandfather and i built it together (even though unfinished) when i was 6 and it sat in a drawer for nearly 11 years untill i found it recently and decided to finish/redo it.

It is a 1:32 1963 ford thunderbird and it lacks some detail in which im going to add some but not all.post-9217-0-41975600-1334020509_thumb.jp

Ex: the hood doesnt open and there is no motor or any drivetrain.

I am in the middle of disassembly but i dont have any pictures to show due to the lack of a camera and my phone not working. But i can tell you that during the process, i discovered that when i first built this, i broke off the trim that went along the windshield, glued the door panels on the wrong side (backwards) and along with glueing it in the wrong spot, i also broke one of the interior panels that is needed for the roadster. I forgot to mention that this kit is a 3 in 1 kit that can be made into a coupe, roadster, or convertible in which I will be building the roadster. i will try and get the pics posted asap.

The first model I ever built was with my grandfather, we built the 57' Belair black with flames. I wish I still had that build, one day I hope to rebuild it. Looking forward to seeing you get this thing back on display.
