Wheels Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 Here's the starting point.- '95 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4x4 promo. Hosted on Fotki Here it is after painting the interior black and swapping out the stock wheels for Pegasus wheels and disc brakes. Hosted on Fotki A fun build so far!
Dr. Cranky Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 What a beauty, I like it low. Nice, thank you for sharing.
wraith Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 NICE! I have the same model but in black. I almost did that to mine years ago, but just put it together. No paint. Nothing. just together. Lately i want to scratch build a frame and solid axle swap it on front and raise it to fit some scale 37's. Or maybe do what you did! lol! i don't know! Anyway yours looks sweet!
cobraman Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 What a difference. That looks very good, much better.
Wheels Posted April 13, 2012 Author Posted April 13, 2012 I wasn't going to do this at first but I decided to cover behind the rear seat adding speakers and amps. Half of the tonneau cover from the AMT Dodge D-50 p/u was used along with amps from Lex's Scale Modeling. It will cover where I cut the interior to get the rear wheels under for that "in the weeds" look. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki A few more details and this one will be finished!
JasonFL Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 It just looks so much better on the ground. Real nice build, wish I could build mine that quick and look that good.
