bbowser Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 (edited) I personally don't see the need for instructions (until I build it of course!). A shot of the box art and pics of the sprues do it for me. If it's not being built by the reviewer I like a little kit history, previous versions etc. If it is built by the reviewer then tidbits about which parts don't fit well or things to watch for are helpful. I rarely buy a kit based on a review, but instead on subject matter. BTW Gregg, I think we all appreciate everything you do for the site. I know I couldn't operate at a loss no matter how passionate I was. Edited May 25, 2012 by bbowser
Gregg Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 The main web site has photos of the completed builds that I do, along with all the parts/sprues in the kits. I have been doing this for years, although lately, we have run out of room in the printed version of the mag, so most all of that is online now. The main site will be THE place to go for everything, once I finally get the hang of it. If you take out the /forums in the URL, that goes to the main site. As for the slot car kits, I haven't been able to "play" for a while now. I still look at them though.... Thanks, Bruce, I really do appreciate the support. I wish my accountant felt the same way.....
