crazyjim Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I tried to make the '95 Blazer a S/D by filling in the side glass and making the rear window smaller. The kicker - I stuffed a BB engine with a tunnel ram into the engine bay.
Badluck 13 Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 The color combo is awesome!!!,and nice touch on the Bow-Tie.
Bartster Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Another beautiful model, Jim. I especially like the big block shoe-horned in under the hood!
crazyjim Posted May 16, 2012 Author Posted May 16, 2012 Thanks fellas. The main body is HOK nova orange and the where the glass used to be is Pearl Ex antique copper. That big block and tunnel ram are castings of mine. I had the grind the firewall to get that puppy in there. Oh - the alternator has a bracket so it's not just floating.
crazyjim Posted May 16, 2012 Author Posted May 16, 2012 Thanks ray. I glued some Evergreen to the middle of inside the roof and then laid some Band-Aid tape down. It came out pretty well I think.
tooltas Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 i just did a s10 truck and put a bigblock in it and boy its are to make fit small block fits better but i love them rat motors
crazyjim Posted May 16, 2012 Author Posted May 16, 2012 There's just something about a big block in a smaller vehicle. I guess you know what I mean Todd.
Chuck Most Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 You tried? Looks like you succeeded! Very nice little Blazer. I'd hate to own it in 1:1 though... thing would shred the tires so fast your head would spin.
