Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Steve no not intentionally  but I've never been known for straight cuts lol. Though it did work out rather nicely . I am toying with the idea of a slight wedge along the sides to drop the sills to parallel with the ground, was also considering chopping about 3/8ths out of the length of the roof behind the b pillars and moving the forward part back to meet it. Any thought on that anyone?

IMO it looks too long as is, would look worse as a coupe so shortening just the roof above the qtr dip would proportion it out a little better.

look forward to any helpful input, cheers Brett

Brett... I am loving this body man. Killer work. I think this one has to be one of my favs you are doing. I think it looks perfect. you may be onto something by moving the forward part to meet it. I think it will look good. I know it will be a little more work but worth it to give you that exact look you are going for. Keep up the great work

Brett you always seem to pull these off so effortlessly I cant wait to see what you have instore for this one Bro. Keep up the good work

Chris, I have no idea what look I'm going for  I just hack em and wack em. If its going on a ready made chassis, its made to fit it and everything else is worked around from there. Shocking aye lol

Oh and thanks guys, your input is always welcome, cheers Brett

The body is coming out nice Brett, I see you are making a new rear wing, wasn't gonna say anything but wasn't real crazy about the 1st wing you had on it (but that's just me! LOL!), you know you will have to do the Crown Victoria P/M (Jukebox Ford) into a F/C next!

Thanks for your opinion Richard. Just looking at different options for the rear wing at the moment. I have a few spare sets of spill plates so may modify a set to fit properly and scratch up something else. Out of interest, what is it you dont like about the first set ? (the camaros' by the way).

I dont have a spare jukebox I'm afraid :( , thats the elusive one for me. My original broke after too many moves but the decals were pretty shot anyway so its in a box with a friends car in mind (same vic but with blown alcohol hemi in it) almost same color even. I have spare Carpenter cars and the repops a softseal 57 and a christene but keep missing on the ford.

For the rear wing, I just didn't think it looked right on the '55 body style or as a F/C. Have 2 of the Crown Vic (they are in here with me instead of in Fl. like most of my stuff! LOL!), planning on on making 1 P/M outa them, lengthing the body between the doors & fender & from the grille to front wheelwell, bascially updating it to a more modern car, using 2 bodies to make 1. Like the '55, can't wait to see what you do next!

Thanks again Richard, I really appreciate it. Took a couple of goes to get it this far, as the blue ghosted several of the joins back up . So a sand ,some future and a recoat seems to have taken care of that so far.

DSCF8004-5.jpg the blue is a candy over silver, had to decant it and spray through the airbrush as it pulled away from all edges and line etc then ran as it was so thin out of the can with the volume cans spray at
