i also caused my parent to not be able to afford a brand new 1994 eagle talon.

I think that was doing them a favor, you dont see very many Talons on the road , and there is a reason for that

lol. but it woulda been the only new vehicle they bought. the 2 newest vehicles they bought were an 01 durango (full loaded) in 2003 and an 06 ford Five hundred (traded the durango for it) in 2008

anyone know how i could get my hands on an aar stripe set from monograms aar cuda i know the bodys dont match u i am aware the would be modifying. i though my dad still had his black stripe set from his cuda model. but i remembered he recently used them on his lindberg 73 challenger.(hes doing a hemi ta/aar type project.)

That engine looks tiny even for a small block for some reason. I like your engine stand idea.

well it was a modified 289 ford i put mopar parts on so yah its a little small i had no other blocks

finally got myself some aar stripe decals. now to get some paint and mess with the stripes to make em look right.

Well got the hood painted. Yes the hoodscoops were part of my dads grand scheme he was going for 1974 dart sport hood with scoop, or duster hoodscoops well he had duster scoops sitting around so the went on.

i just relised the front bumper is too low in every picture

This is looking real good .. may I give a small suggestion? . On the scoops they are a bit to close to the center of the Hood they need to be spaced a lill farther apart. Like closer to the sides of the Hood.. just a suggestion it would look a lot better.. keep it up love to see it done.

well just got back from hobbytown with my brothers i got me some plum crazy. well my 9 year old brother got his first 2 glue together kits. a 1997 f150 and a 1971 hemi cuda well see how they turn out

neat project.... I just recently joined the board, and just read this thread for 1st time today... wish I had seen it earlier... I have a stack of Cuda kits, and might have had the 1 you wanted.... would have gladly traded for that 6 banger ya had!<LOL>

got 2 "recreations of cars we owned" projects going, myself.... and 1 needs a 6 banger.... would be funny to see if anyone realizes its a mopar 6, in a Chevy!<LOL> What is that 6 out of?

the 6 is out of the mpc deora kit i threw a chevy small block in the deora so i could use this engine.

so just shot a coat of plum onto it not sure how dark and all that its supposed to be and the body is pretty scratched up from using a knife to remove layer of primer but it is what it is. oh yah we r doing the roof on our house thats what the garbage is in the yard.

im calling it 99% done there are a few things i think i have to do. i got as much use out of the aar decal sheets as i could. my dads dream is in 1/25 scale. the front shocks have long since lost so theres gonna be holes where they should go forever. Sorry for the poor quality stupid phone camera.
