MrObsessive Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 Some neat projects Darin! I especially like that "Barely Cuda" has a mid '60's feel to it even though the body style is '70's! 8) Question for you.................what primer do you recommend under his paint and what clear if any do you use?

I use plasticote T-235 Gray sandible primer exclusively. It works under just about anything. as far as clear goes it all depends on whether I use decals or not. Hot laquer has a tendancy to attack the decals i print so if I need to clear over them I use future. But if I'm just going over the Cobra Colors paint I use the clear I buty from Cobra Colors. It dries fast, and hard, and polished out to a very glossy shine.
BIGTRUCK Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 They all look great , the "Cuda" came out super , the body lines flow perfectly and the wrap around glass just seems natural, been a while since I've seen it & look forward to seeing it in color..
camaroman Posted June 12, 2006 Posted June 12, 2006 Darin, I like the "Barely Cuda". Can't wait to see the Camaro finished too!!!
