whotold Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 Does anybody know where I can get "synergy green" paint or is there anything that comes close to it
Danno Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 ScaleFinishes has the perfect formula. However, he's not taking orders for the time being. But well worth the wait. Keep an eye on his website. www.scalefinishes.com
Chuck Most Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Should be able to get it as touch-up paint from a GM dealer, or from Car Quest. Other than that, waiting for Scale Finishes to reopen is the only surefire way to get it.
fatkidd Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 As far as I can tell, the actual paint code for Synergy Green Metallic is WA708S/GHS. You should be able to take that code to any automiotive paint supplier and get a small amount mixed up.
BKcustoms Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Any automotive paint store should be able to mix it. And just so you're not surprised the factory Chevrolet Synergy Green is a tri-coat color that includes a non metallic green base and a semI transparent green pearl topcoat that has to be sprayed very evenly to get an uniform finish.
mademan Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 (edited) the synergy that my local paint supply stor mixed up is about the best ive seen so far, the paint code wasnt yet available , but i had gotten the formula from a very reliable source on Camaro5.com Edited June 14, 2012 by mademan

Daniej01 Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 (edited) I painted this with synergy green. It DuPont paint that is a 2 stage paint. You can get it from a automotive paint store. Some places will not sell it in small amounts. But I is a nice color . I get it from work. Just mix it my self Edited June 14, 2012 by Daniej01
Mike Kucaba Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Looks like Testor's Lime Ice in their one coat line.
