i'm not positive but,.....i think that has to be one of the shiny-est paint jobs you've done, al. well done!!!!

Whoda thought you could get this nice a paint job out of a $5.00 can of paint and a coat of Meguires liquid wax.

PS, two coats within 30 minutes and I didn't sand it either !!! :P;):D

Awesome stuff Hermit, how did u fix thoose wonderful louver for the backlid?Having the same idea for alouvered five window.

I used a resin 29 roadster deck lid I got from Jeff at Retro Resin.

It was smaller than the 32's so I cut a hole in the 32 deck lid and recessed the 29 to fit ...

Then I filled the seams with putty and sanded it smooth.

A couple of coats of Plasti-kote spot filler primer to fill any deep scratches and it's done.
