impcon Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 I ordered what I thought was a set of proper era RCMP decals for my recently arrived Promolite '59 Ford 2 door post and what a surprise I got when I opened the envelope! The decals arrived on the same day as the '59 Ford and while the little Ford was a very, very sweet surprise, the decal package from Bill was the crowning touch! I'll let the pictures below do the talking but for a mere $16.00 including postage, I'd say that this decal package just about has to be one of the best deals out there. The quality of the decals is much better than I expected and the quantity of material in the envelope simply blew me away! After a run of receiving models that in some cases were not what I expected, the '59 Ford and Bill's decals really made up for the other shortfalls. Included in the package are three pages of pictures of vintage RCMP cars, four sheets of Canadian license plates from every province and covering the fifties and up for dates. There are a few of each generation of RCMP door emblems right up to the current ones used today on the Crown Victoria's and Impala's.There are enough decals to build numerous cars and all for well under $16.00. When I see what decals sell for on Ebay, it really males this even more special and appreciated. Thank you Bill for a quality product, friendly service and unbelievable pricing! Oh - and the packaging was a class act in itself that shows that Bill's interest in the product doesn't stop when he gets paid. Definitely a quality product from a quality man.
martinfan5 Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Bill's decals are some the best out there, he is a great guy go do business with. He spends time on a diecast police car forum.
Danno Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 I'll lend my voice to the chorus of Bill's fans. His decals are simply spectacular and his generous packages are beyond the call of duty! Glad he's back!
impcon Posted July 6, 2012 Author Posted July 6, 2012 What's his user name on eBay? I honestly do not know if he sells on Ebay or not as I bought these directly from him. just Google Bill Bozo decals and you;ll find his site quick enough. I'll personally vouch for both his products and for Bill. He has a lot of police decals from numerous forces and jurisdictions and such on his site. he also does custom work although I do not know what he charges for that. Judging by what I received in my decal kit, he'll certainly be reasonable and do a great job.
