wrecker388 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I was working with a nearly full tube of non-toxic testors glue on my F-1 build, and noticed it was leaking,i was wondering if it can be put into a bottle and then just installed to the car/truck with a toothpick? Please help.
Mike Kucaba Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I suppose ,never really tried it.Just out of curiosity, why are you using tube glue and non-toxic at that?
Fat Brian Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I would advise against the nontoxic tube glue, it tends to not ever fully dry and the parts get gummy and weird.
cobraman Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 That glue doesn't hold very well as I remember. Used it years ago when it first came out, didn't like it. There are many better choices for you than that stuff. Do yourself a favor and use something better if you can.
wrecker388 Posted August 6, 2012 Author Posted August 6, 2012 just figured that out Ray, had hood hinges that i left to dry overnight, touched them and they fell off ,Back to the red tube for me!
MsDano85gt Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 I've always! Used the testors orange!, Although I did love that orangey smell from the blue tubes lol
