it looks like an austin/morris mini derivative to me, possibly an Innocenti?

Maybe something German from the '50s-early '60s...there were a number of small German minicars then. Kind of like a Lloyd Kombi, but different (Lloyds had rear-hinged doors and a different rear bumper). Then again, it could be something created digitally for the ad.

i am sticking with my mini guess...its pretty obvious those doors, rear windows and overall appearance bear a strong resemblance to one. quite possibly an italian-built or at least designed variant from the looks of it.

I'm with Bill on the Mini variant theory, but I don't think it's an Innocenti- I've never seen one of those with those tall, narrow panes in the C-pillars.

EDIT- Looks like Rob found the culprit as I was posting my response. :lol:
