robertburns Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 Hello all, Here are some photos of my test castings for my 2008 Dodge Ram SRT 10 and Amphicat in 1/24th and 1/12th scales. The Amphicat was used in SPace:1999 and Banana Splits. Release date will be around January 2013. Test castings for the Dodge parts are not good enough, so I'll be remolding this one. Comes with cab, bed, bumpers, spoiler, side mirrors, and bucks for do it yourself vacuform windows and lights. If I'm able to get it done well, I'll do clear resin for these parts. The Amphicat molds are in good shape. Comes with body and wheels. Enjoy! More photos to come as I slowly progress...
Casey Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 That 6x6 is really neat. Is it based on the Aurora Banana Splits Banana Buggy kit? Over hill and highway, the Banana Buggies go...

Over hill and highway, the Banana Buggies go... Thanks Casey. No, it's an original build, accurate to the real one. That old Aurora kit was way out of scale. Otherwise, the body was really nice.

Casey Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 any update for the srt-10 Ram? You may want to send a PM instead, as Robert hasn't logged in since Sep 10 2012 @ 03:24 PM Maybe someone here has Robert's contact info, or maybe his account is set up to receive an e-mail message when he receives a PM.
