Mister Twister Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Probably not what you expected. A "what if" that I did some time ago. AMT body, Miss Deal chassis, many parts box pieces and Slixx decals.
W-409 Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Looks like Miss Deal Chassis can be converted to fit inside many cars! I'm currently building '59 Simca Vedette Gasser with that Miss Deal studebaker chassis. You did very nice job with this one, one of the best builds that I've seen from that Rat Packer Nova. Many times What If style builds are not my thing, but this is really nice.
vintagedragfan Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 that is sweet Darryl, I love the looks of the ol school stuff, very nice work as usual !
cobraman Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Nice work. I love it. I too have used the "Miss Deal" chassis and shoved it under a different body.
TedsModeling Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 The car is great by itself and adding a wheelstand is even better. Nice touch with the rubber marks, too. Great model - love those altered wheelbase cars and injector stacks.
AZ Boy Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Well thought-out concept, and great execution Daryl. Good job, Sir!
aarondupont Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I love "what ifs"! It lets your imagination loose! Plus they are usually very fun builds! Aaron Dupont
Mister Twister Posted October 24, 2012 Author Posted October 24, 2012 What ifs are definitely fun....Thanks guys!
Mooneyzs Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Darryl... another one of your outstanding builds my friend. I really am digging the display base with the wheels up. So Cool!
