Well heres my kick at the oldsmobile can, 6" scale drop in the front, unsure hopw many in the rear, but its a signifigant drop. paint is rustoleum gloss black on the wheels/chassis and Mazda Redfire pearl effect for the body. Scratch built coil springs (1/16 inch tig rod wound around a 1/8th tungsten fits like a GLOVE in the kit spring pockets FYI..) hood has been relieve of its tim as well.

Looks good. Pretty sure my second build of this one will be red as well. Depends on if I do the strip car or the hardtop conversion next. Sheesh...too many ways I want to do this kit. :D

Thanks doc.... where's your olds? Lol

Hope to have the interior started and the wheels on the frame for good tonight.

These pics do not do the colour justice at all. Here's the paint in the can, a much better indication of the amount of pearl in itpost-8574-0-86346200-1350394028_thumb.jp

I've got to clean up the parts on the two that I am hoping to build. One shiny and one rusty.

Love that paint color and yes I can see the bling in it.

I told ya those pre clear pics didn't do the colour any justice. yes urethane clear is pretty awesome but once you mix a batch ya better use it all or be prepared to pour it out.
