Kaleb Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Now I know there has been a lot going on with the Hudson, and I have searched it and cars is about the only thing I can not get enough detail on. What I am looking for is the engine colors the plumbing and wiring information. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Ace-Garageguy Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 (edited) Did you check this MCM thread? http://www.modelcars...showtopic=52057 For all Hudson sixes the firing order is 153624. Edited November 27, 2012 by Ace-Garageguy

Kaleb Posted November 27, 2012 Author Posted November 27, 2012 Thanks I was looking for the thread and couldn't find it. I'm slacking on my searching lol I googled it and most of what I get is under hood shots and dark. Wasn't sure if someone knew of another way.
Art Anderson Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Here's the link to an album of Hudson pics I shot at the Hostetler Hudson Museum in Shipshewanna IN, in September 2011. The first pics in the album are of a walkaraound of the 308cid Twin H-Power engine. http://public.fotki.com/modlrA/hostetler-hudson-museum/museum-display-09311/ Art
von Zipper Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 http://albrightcars.com/section/about_us.htm Not sure if this will help-but it is a really good source of info about Hudsons and if you click on the video you can hear those engines run. Kaleb Posted November 28, 2012 Author Posted November 28, 2012 That's what I'm talking about, how do you guys find this stuff?
von Zipper Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Here's another really good place for Hudsons-> Miller Motors Hudson of Ypsilanti, Michigan "The Last Operating Hudson Dealership" http://www.ypsiautoheritage.org/
Kaleb Posted November 30, 2012 Author Posted November 30, 2012 Thank you, at the same time that is crazy. That is my dads hometown. I'm getting down to the finicky stuff on the engine and I'm debating on wiring this thing now. This distributor is seemingly smaller than usual.
