Does anyone know what horsepower the 3208 was rated at?

HP varied between 175 non turbo to 250 turbo. Most 3208's  were in the 210-225 range.

Dagenham 330 112 HP replaced by the higher cube  363 128HP but both engines looked very similar.

You can do a Cat 3208 from the Ford/Cat 1160 in the AMT Ford LNT Louisville kit if you change the diesel injection pump from inline to a V configuration, that's the most noticable difference.

No problem, the  engine paint scheme on '57 thru '65 heavy duty Ford trucks is confusing, not many color photos of original engines out there. In general, most all had black blocks, with red, silver or gold valve covers.
