I'm trying to replace the windshield glass for the Monogram 37 Ford cabriolet. It is creased in the center. So far I have been unable to replicate the crease without getting I haze in the plastic at the bend. Any ideas.

Do you need a windshield Rob or are you just making a better one? Try finding some really thin clear acetate from a package of some sort. The thinner the better. That's what I always use. If you need one, send me a PM.

If there's a center divider in the windshield, couldn't you just make 2 separate pieces of plastic instead of trying to replicate the crease>?

i think thats the way to go , make 2 separate pieces of glass and make them sit against eitch other in the right angle , so the edges that touth need to be sanded in a anlge .

then glue them with clear glue and maybe poilsh the glass a bit

and if you ant one piece and you heat it then it def. wrinkles where you toutch it , would only work if you make the ends longer then only heat it a tiny bit and slowly bend it , but imo its really hard to make that sharp edge without ruining the glass
