The smallest big job. That is how you can discribe this modification. Making extended wheel arches on a 1:43 Daf 55 Coupe.

So, now the model is in bits and pieces.

The windows are damaged due to the superglue NEO used. I have to make new ones.

Difficult to see but the wheelarches are now fitted

Black is a difficult colour to take a photo off. Especially when its night.

Now the wheels and new windows are fitted it looks a bit more like a car

And the grey/silver decals come out really nice on black

Great job! I admire your courage to take a $ 90.00 model car apart and remodel it! :-)

Neo is a Dutch company, although the models are made in China, so it is a bit cheaper overhere. Still $ 65.00

dont forget to add "het pientere pookje"

It works, the "smart gear stick". Before taking the model apart I pushed it forwards and backwards a couple of times. Both ways it goes evenly fast.
