Hi there. I joined a couple of days ago and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Tim Jones and I live a few miles from Birmingham in the UK.

I built quite a few 1/24 and 1/25 cars back in the late 70's/ early 80's (a few of which still survive) but have been building mostly 1/72 aircraft up until May this year when I bought a Monogram '32 Ford Street Rod. Since then I've accumulated a sizeable collection of mainly hot rods and muscle cars. I've only built a few so far but I have a few on the go at the moment that I'm hoping to get finished soon.

Welcome. I enjoy the variety of builders this site is starting to accumulate. Nice to get perspectives and knowledge outside of our own borders.

I also like military/aircraft builders doing cars - you guys bring in a different and beneficial skill set.
