Well I have started gathering parts, and began some mods on this new project.
The firewall has been smoothed and fixed to the body. The doors have been cut open.
The wheels are American Torque Thrusts by Detail Master, and the engine is from a Lindberg 64 Dodge, as I wanted a Hemi.
Some parts are from a Ross Gibson engine but I haven't decided on an induction system yet.

Thanks guys.

Started building the engine, but that was after I chopped off the trans. I will use the one from the kit with a machined bell housing.

Have started making the front end of the chassis, pics soon.

Hello Dave, I live in Ham, near Richmond, Surrey.

It's been a while since I last worked on this, but I wanted to get my big Camaro done.
I have made hinges for the doors, and given the body a coat of primer to show the rough spots. The chassis will be black, with front and rear leaf springs from the little red wagon and dodge ramchargers kits.

Cheers guys.
The paint is now done, all sparkly and shinny. Started on the front and rear suspensions and started on the interior.

Paint looks fantastic. Why would you use a hemi and then add 427 decals?

I was wondering that also, but if you look the distributor is in the wrong spot for the Hemi.

Thanks Rob. I'm using a hemi motor that was a 426, but would be re-bored to 427.

Steve

Thats kind of impossible to do... You have to bore it .008 over to get 427.

But anyways, i do love the looks of this car and its sparkly paint!
