I used the C-600 kit for the chassis, engine, wheels and tires. The bed and dual axle are from the snowplow kit. The cab is from the Model King issue of the 79 Ford F100. The fender flares are scratch built items and the grille is from a friend on the HHMB (Repstock). This is a bit of a stretch for me. Normally if a 1:1 wouldn't fit in my garage I wouldn't build it. But when Repstock offered the parts I couldn't pass up the chance to use them.

Ken,

Nice job on the weathering and conversion. The truck looks like it has seen many a hard day's work.

Any plans to offer up the cab in resin?

Really unique, well-done conversion, and the weathering is wonderful!! I am in agreement with Mike - I believe that this is a subject worthy of a resin kit. Medium-duty offerings are few and far between!!

I agree with Mike as well.I'ld love to have one.Put a grain bed on it and paint it white and it would look like the grain truck I drove every wheat/bean harvest for my dad several years back

Fantastic build.

Yes, Far too few! Nice job on a good ol' work-a-day truck. Dan
