I decided to put some color on the body today. I asked my wife what color should this car be and she said Black.

The paint is testors one coat lacquer blazing black

Interior will be green.

Hello fellow Builders.

Since I am waiting for warmish weather.

Did so more work on this beast.

engine started to be wired. and first coat of interior paint.

The black metallic is an interesting choice. I have to say it looks pretty good on that car.

What did you use for the green interior? It comes very close to my eye to the olive green interior GM was using in the early-mid 1970s.

Hi Charlie. thanks for the reply.

the interior paint is Model Master interior green... I love it. looks great for 70's period car.. the problem is.. all my cars may not have this green for the interior. lol

Hello... been super busy at work with year end stuff to do and the wife went to Texas for a week.. So with all my buddies coming over to watch the hockey games. I did not get a lot done.

But this is what I was able to do. The interior in completed.

Thanks Guys..

I guess Half way there now.

chassis Nearly completed . Head liner painted.

Next paint the headlights flat aluminum..and start foiling.

Andre, the green interior looks alot better then l thought it would. l love the black and the shine. Your build is really looking sharp. Keep up the great progress....

Yeah the other caprice is going to be a tribute to my dads old kingsboro taxi in Toronto. Will have to get some custom decals made. and the paint job was experimental was white with bright lime green ...

Thanks Charlie, I will attempt to remove the bmf sticky stuff today.. but due to my poor budget I will try again with the cheap bmf.

Hello Redid some of the bmf completed this side for now,, going to wait to do the emblems for when i get a better knife and blade..

She has some paint damaged but I think I can fix that when she is almost completed.

Well Here is how the body looks now. still need another cleaning with goo gone though .
