Madd Trucker Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 I would like to see them rerelease the Autocar dump truck
Mr mopar Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 You would think they would do all of them, but I have not heard of anything at this time.

Jim B Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Maybe the International Cabover PPPPLEASE !!!! Definately!!!
hpiguy Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 From their Facebook page today: Looking forward at the production schedule I have some new products and some re-releases. We are producing 3 different models in our test program which means they are being released in a color and in White ('57 Belvedere - Christine, Buick Opel, and '67 Shelby). We have a Star Trek original series SNAP kit, the figure from Alien, the Starcruiser from Forbidden planet, and the Mr. Spock Star Trek model kit in a tin lunch box to name a few. Unfortunately there is nothing new in the large trucks and only a few things in Star Trek at least for the first half of the year.
Mr mopar Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 (edited) I see that AMT is going to do the re-releases of the Ford LN8000 race car hauler kit #758 sometime dec 2013 . Edited January 26, 2013 by Mr mopar

Mr mopar Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Where did you see that? I'm not familiar with the kit. Have a pic? Thanks. I see it on Omni hobbies website and on Steven international website. Also tower hobbies.
CDA Posted January 27, 2013 Author Posted January 27, 2013 Also on the Omni page, I see the Ford C600 Delivery Truck AMT 804
farmer1 Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 cool ! ANY re-release of the old truck kits is truly welcome and I have been supporting all of them with my $$ and will continue to do so.
Mr mopar Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Not to hi-jack the thread but Monogram is doing the 1/16th Kenworth.
CDA Posted January 28, 2013 Author Posted January 28, 2013 (edited) Oh, by all means Mr. Mopar, thats awesome!!! They say which one? Either way its good news! According to the Revell page, the Pete is already discontinued! Edited January 28, 2013 by CDA
Jim B Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 From what I understand, the 1/16 trucks are a special limited release, so get 'em while they're hot! Well, so to speak.
Edsel-Dan Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Here are a couple pic's of the Ford LN Race car transporter. This is an Original Richard Petty Team set with the Dodge Sportsman Kit Car Petty Enterprises was to sell these for MoPar. Not sure how long they did or if they did I opened all compartments, hinges are cut from 1/16 inch Copper tube. I added the steering too. Paint is Testor's 1208 rattle can. Built Back when New!!
hpiguy Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 (edited) Great pics and great work. Thanks for showing it. At least I know what was being talked about now. Edited January 28, 2013 by hpiguy
Edsel-Dan Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Thanks. They do need to go through the Car/Truck wash though. They are Very dusty due to age!!!!
tx650 Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 The AMT 804 Ford C600 Delivery Truck may be a new kit. From the pictures of the box it looks like a 1953 to 1955 Ford cabover with old style box and Pepsi logos.
Rob Hall Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 The AMT 804 Ford C600 Delivery Truck may be a new kit. From the pictures of the box it looks like a 1953 to 1955 Ford cabover with old style box and Pepsi logos. Apparently that was a picture of a First Gear diecast used for the box art mockup. The kit will actually be the '70s C600 delivery truck kit..was discussed in another thread a while back.
