topher5150 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Can some one direct me to someone who makes BBS style rims 19"-20" in 1/25 scale with matching lo-pro tires. These are going into a 2007 Shelby
IMSANUT Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 There are several different styles, many of which are listed on Ebay. Search BBS wheels.

sportandmiah Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Scale Production, KA Models, Aoshima, Top Studio, Fujimi...they all make BBS wheels. HLJ.com is the best and most affordable place to order.
Exotics_Builder Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 (edited) Such as these... http://www.hlj.com/product/HYDHD03-0081 Unfortunately only 1/24 scale. Edited March 9, 2013 by Exotics_Builder
IMSANUT Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Such as these... http://www.hlj.com/product/HYDHD03-0081 Unfortunately only 1/24 scale. I have purchased these exact rims for a project, and they are superb.
seanyb505 Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 What tires do you use for kits like the HD? The best thing I've done for BBS wheels is to get lucky on a parts box containing three full sets for the Porsche GT1. $4! I could really only see spending huge money other than that
Exotics_Builder Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 What tires do you use for kits like the HD? The best thing I've done for BBS wheels is to get lucky on a parts box containing three full sets for the Porsche GT1. $4! I could really only see spending huge money other than that HD sells tires, but they're pricey and some people feel the sizes are wrong. Pegasus sells tires as well. I would look for the Pegasus tires, Scale Dreams carries them and Rick is great at supporting customers and answering any questions you may have. The Pegasus tires are low profile in 19 and 23 inch and the wider profile is 18 inch but stretches well. All the above have tread pattern. Otherwise you have to chose kit tires, particularly if you are looking for treadless tires. The HD wheels will need work to adapt to any suspension. And, you may have to decide what to do about brakes. HTH
