53 Olds 4 door

This is a model of my 1st car. A least i know why I couldn't get a date in high school. This a TKM Resin kit with a whole lot of BMF and factory paint.

Yeah, talk about polishing a turd. I would not have guessed this to be a TKM kit if you hadn't spilled the beans. Congrats, you should be proud!

As chunky as the TKMs are, I've always thought the potential is there to make them come to life. This is sort of a proof of concept. It would be an interesting challenge to see how far a person could go with one of these. Nice work.

I've been building TKM's for a guy who loves orphan cars for years, they are very difficult to get paint to stick to. I did a 1/8 Willys Aero promo for him, one side was a 2 door and the other a 4 door. I had to use rustoleum and 4 sheets of BMF. You have to see them before you buy, because most of them look like grey bricks.
