brewsterg6 Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Hey there...I'm new to posting on this forum. I recognize some of you from other places, so my builds will look familiar to some. Here's a 60 Impala from the hard top kit, combined with the convert peices from the 59 kit. The trunk was properly shortened. Model Car Garage photo etch set.
lizardlust Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Nicely done Impala droptop, brewster!! You will want to add your name to your signature, though - that is a rule here. Welcome aboard!!!
brewsterg6 Posted October 2, 2007 Author Posted October 2, 2007 (edited) Thanks Lizard...I'll probably break a few rules, but it's great to get a friendly welcome and correction! Edited October 3, 2007 by brewsterg6
MrObsessive Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Nice!! It's funny Revell never actually kitted a '60 convertible unlike what they did to their '59.
kk916 Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 This is great! Makes me want to finish my El Camino project even more

mr moto Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Welcome aboard! That is one sweet lookin' Chevy! The '59/'60 tailfins just blow me away.

brewsterg6 Posted October 3, 2007 Author Posted October 3, 2007 Oops! I can't believe I screwed up my first post like that! Sorry...IT will never happen again! Thanks for the comments on the 60...great kit to build, and Mr. O., I hope they don't come out with a 60 convert, or I'm going to feel like I wasted my time! Probably too many of us feeling that after the chopped '50 Merc, eh?!!!
