Guest Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Thanks for the kind comments. Chuck, that's the engine I used to make the 4. I cut out the #1 and #5 cylinders to preserve the motor mounts.
Jeremy Jon Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Very cool, a clean build, basic Nova, 4 banger with 3-on-the-tree! Nice work!
Scalper Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Great this is Great nice job on the engine. every thing is well done.
charlie8575 Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Lee, it's not only nice to see something so pedestrian- and this is as pedestrian as it gets, but to see it receive the attention it deserves. This is coming out beautifully. Rubber mat- what did you use, vinyl top material? Charlie Larkin
charlie8575 Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 I think I'm going to try that trick for my '57 Ford and Chevy. Were both clears the same type of paint (i.e., both eamel, lacquer, acrylic), or did you mix-n-match? Charlie Larkin
charlie8575 Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 I think I have all of those on hand, too. I'll try that on a piece of scrap and see what it does. Thanks, Lee. Charlie Larkin
