Wooden Floor for Pickup Boxes

In the past three months it seems I have seen info/pics of a hobbyist who built a pickup box floor using "C" plastic rod and wood strips. I want to give this a try buy as well but want more info regarding what worked for him. If you can point me in the direction of this earlier information it would be mucho appreciated. Thanks.
