I am looking for a stock wheelbase which I think MCW has but I have never worked with one from them before.

I am trying to avoid R & R vacuum craft.

Model Car World AKA "MCW" offers quite a large selection of 1965 Plymouth Belvedere's. First is a stock 65 Belvedere Satellite Ht., then an AWB Satellite Ht. Next is a stock Belvedere I (or A990) 2-Door Sedan, and finally an AWB Belvedere I 2-Door Sedan. I've built many of their resin kits for their display gallery and can say that their newer toolings (like these 65 Belvedere's) are fairly easy to build and go together well. They come with vacuum formed glass, but do not have plated parts. That's what Bare Metal Foil, Alclad, or your favorite plating service is for. Hope you share your build with us when you get it completed. :) Fury3

Roger, I've built a few MCW resin kits and to be honest with you, they ARE pretty nice. They fit well with VERY LITTE clean up or flash removal.I think they're pretty good quality, and fast shipping. Depending on what kind of mood he was in Ray COULD pour a pretty clean casting. Go to Star Models, and ask Steve what the casting looks like, He'll be straight up with you as to what it might need to finish. take his word, he KNOWS! There ARE other guys who cast REALLY well, so if your lookin for a nice reasonably priced 65 Pylmouth, they ARE out there.

I wish Speed City did one.

I have both an MCW and a Spped City AFX Plymouth bodies. Althought the MCW versions is nice and I will definitly use it ,,,,but there is no comparison between the 2 companies.

and btw,

If your building the car I think your planning, don't you need a 2 door sedan ?
