Porscheman Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 (edited) It was time to build this kit that's been sitting around awhile. I painted it Tamiya Mica Red and Metallic Black with matching interior. No clear was used on the body. I swapped the kits wheels and tires with a set of Fujimi's and painted the spokes in Tamiya's clear red with black centers to match the theme.I love these quick builds, they keep me on my toes.Hope you like it.Al Edited August 29, 2013 by Porscheman
TooOld Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 Looks good Al ! I like the two-tone paint and the wheel swap definitely helps . I also built one of these a while ago and was surprised how basic a kit it was . I didn't even bother with the engine . . . built it as a curbside !
Porscheman Posted August 29, 2013 Author Posted August 29, 2013 Thank you, Bob. The wheels do help a lot.
