I was at a show and saw a resin body of a custom Corvette that looked like a '69 C3 with '63 split-window C2 body styling. Can anyone tell me who made this body and if it is still available?

Is this the car you're talking about? It's Freeman Cars 63/69 Corvette. I never sold that many of them. People didn't notice the difference right off. It's too subtle for most people. Some people thought it was a custom Opel GT. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley in the 60s, there was a custom Corvette that was painted candy tangerine that was on the show car circuit. It was the inspiration for this model. The original owner still owns the car, it's painted black cherry now and driven on the street. It's a little more wild looking with flaired rear fenders.

I might have the mold for this car laying around if anyone's interested. I'd have to look.

That's pretty cool, what kit is needed to complete that?

Kits- the front half of a Revell '69 and the rear half of their '67. :P

Seriously though, that's a pretty nice looking combination. :)

Close, Revell '69 Corvette front end grafted on AMT '63 Corvette with '69 Corvette fender wells grafted onto the '63 body. Hood is a modified '69 Corvette hood. Funny, had to be shortened just like the guy who did the real conversion. I don't think it sold too well because you had to come up with the '69 front bumper from the Revell kit and use the AMT '63 Corvette for a base kit. I don't think this is one that will ever make it back into production, but who knows.
