crazyjim Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 The following pictures may be disturbing to you if you're a Mercedes purist, so please don't look. I needed a vehicle to put on my '37 Chevy COE. Popular opinion from fellow posters was to build a Hemi Prowler with huge slicks. I already built a Hemi Prowler and a Mercedes kit came along, and so. . . . It's painted like the COE - HOK tangerine kandy over a zenith gold base. The interior is basic with light weight seats. The BB Chevy is wired & plumbed. OK. Here we go.
realgone58 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Pretty crazy, Jim, but it does look cool like that!
slusher Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Very cool Jim, nice color and ldea. Killer engine and paint..
PappyD340 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Now that is CRAZY, Jim but I LIKE it alot, just something about some American muscle ( what, about 900 HP ) under the hood of a Mercedes, now that's what I'm talking about, great job on the engine!!
crazyjim Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 Thank you guys. I think it looks pretty good sitting on the COE hauler.
PARTSMARTY Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 GREAT IDEA BUT THE ROOF LOOKS LIKE IT DON'T FIT.GREAT GREAT IDEA
crazyjim Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 I might not have snugged the top down for the pica, Marty. It fits fine - as I would expect from a Tamiya kit.
