DonW Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 I love the idea of suitcase bumps! That's new to me, did Dan carry his spare race suit and DJ (for the prizegiving ceremony) around the Targa Florio race course with him, hence the need to massage the boot lid for his luggage to fit?Lovely build of one of my favourite Cobras!
Speedfreak Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 Beautiful car! Beautiful color/paint job, excellent!
RancheroSteve Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 Also one of my favorite cars ever. Excellent build!
Rossa156 Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 I coulda sworn I posted on your great TF Cobra. I wish Revell would re-issue their slot car body!! Their 1/24 Cobra and GTO are pretty good. The Cobra more so as the GTO is a bit shallow in the height. I did a static GTO, a very long time ago, and next to the Testors car that I also built one can see the shallowness. Clearly the slot car bodies of the 60s and 70s are not too bad., but not perfect. The Cobra is the closest. Patrick
Silver Foxx Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 Great build , a lot of nice work in this.
