first turbo setup

Just tried my hand at a turbo manifold. I wanting to put a twin turbo ls motor In my prostreet malibu kit. Please take a look and tell me what you think. I'm hoping I can duplicate it on the other side.

Good job with the exhaust. How will the filters fit? Will you use ducting? Keep up the good work. I have a twin turbo project In the planning stages.

Looks good. You might consider moving the turbo setup toward the center of the car to allow room for the tire to make a right turn. This would also give space for the air filter (K&N type?). The engine would be breathing hot air from the radiator but you could do smething about that if you want maximum performance. I'd eliminate the belt-driven fan and use a modern electric fan on the back of the radiator to help the fit.

I have it torn apart now. I'm wanting to try it another way. I have the headlights drilled out. So I'm going to try to mount the intake for the turbo there. I will start messing around with it next weekend. Ill post pics

I like the headlight idea, like back in the day. By the way Jason, where did you get your turbos? I've been looking at the ones carried by Ted's but don't really want to pay that price unless I have to.

This is how I plumbed my turbos for my 1/16th Po-leece car build.

Just figured I'd provide a little input.
