m3m
hey guys, well after wanting to build this car for a long time, i just finished it! Made from the box mostly except for the wheels and tires, and sanding off the vinyl roof and molding. Nothing fancy, but i like it! Thanks for looking and any comments! Guest rick r
Very nicely done J! Seems like each kit eventually comes into its own here lately. I went to the Cactus Classic in Victorville today, there were a couple of nice ones displayed there. Black and charcoal seem to be the best color for the Elkies lately. Like the wheels, too. Any progress on the Sweptside yet? Edited November 19, 2007 by rick r

m3m
Hey guys, thanks for the comments! After seeing these pics, i didn't like the master cylinder red, so i re painted it, i think it looks lots better! Still not to sure about the ac line. patrol52
Looks great. If you want to do anything to the ac line, paint the middle part flat black, that's where they are rubber or insulation. The ends are normally silver, but it doesn't look bad as is.
