I'm building a Nostalgia Super Stock Plymouth similar to this one.

post-4110-0-56439600-1384963464_thumb.jp

What wheel & tire combination would be the best to capture this look? The chassis is from the Lindberg 1964 Dodge, and the body is a Jo-Han 1963 Plymouth Fury. I don't want to tub it out, but I do want this stance.

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

So are you doing a replica of that particular car as it is in those pictures? Or are you building a car "That could have raced back in...."?

If you're building a straight replica, the Lindberg '64 Dodge 330 kit's tires are a good choice. They have Good Year lettering on their sides, though. But if you want to build a car that could have raced in 1964, for example, you'll need tires from the Speed City Resins. They are 7" Cheater Slicks, the only tires that were legal in Super Stock back in the day.

like I said, it's gonna be like the car and it will be for the Nostalgia Super Stock Class.

Whoops... Sorry I missed that part of the text.

This will be an interesting build for sure. Keep us posted.
